Sau khi trở về từ các chuyến đi Mỹ của tôi, tôi thấy rằng bia Tiger, 333 đã lỗi thời và bia Sài Gòn Special cũng không được ưa chuộng nên chúng tôi đã tìm người nước ngoài thử nghiệm Craft bia. Vào một buổi chiều Chủ nhật, chúng tôi đi qua quán Bia Thủ Công mới mở ở D2 và cuối cùng chúng tôi đã tìm thấy một quán bar bia thủ công tương tự theo phong cách Mỹ. Khi chúng tôi lái xe về nhà ở Quận 7 vợ tôi nhìn tôi và nói, “Anh biết đấy, chúng ta có thể làm điều đó, từ D7 đến D2 để uống bia thủ công thật quá xa”. Vì vậy, đó là sự khởi đầu và chúng tôi quyết định không chỉ cung cấp Craft bia mà còn đi kèm với những món ăn tuyệt vời nhất.
