Được “thưởng thức mỹ vị” của cả thế giới ngay giữa trung tâm TP. HCM trong 4 ngày liên tiếp, trong không gian lễ hội vừa đậm bản sắc, vừa sôi động hiện đại. Nhưng đó chỉ là một trong 5 lý do khiến giới trẻ miền Nam háo hức chờ ngày Liên hoan Ẩm thực Món ngon các nước lần thứ 14 khai hội.

Đến hẹn lại lên, Liên hoan Ẩm thực Món ngon các nước lần thứ 14 lại “rục rịch” chuẩn bị khai hội tại nhà văn hoá Thanh Niên (Q.1, Tp.HCM). Đây là sự kiện hấp dẫn diễn ra thường niên, do Sở Du lịch phối hợp với Hiệp hội du lịch TP.HCM tổ chức. Sự kiện được “chăm chút” từng chi tiết nhỏ nhất nhằm quảng bá các nét văn hoá, ẩm thực đặc sắc của Việt Nam và thế giới. Từ 2005 đến nay, Liên hoan đã trở thành điểm dừng chân hấp dẫn với khách du lịch trong và ngoài nước, “gây thương nhớ” cho bao tín đồ sành ăn, và trở thành địa điểm ăn uống không thể bỏ lỡ của đông đảo giới trẻ tại điểm đến Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh – điểm đến “Hấp dẫn, Thân thiện, An toàn” – TP.HCM.

Được tổ chức lần đầu năm 2005, Liên hoan khiến giới trẻ yêu thích khi đem mọi món ngon khắp ba miền tổ quốc về tụ hội nơi đây.

Điểm độc đáo trong liên hoan lần này đó chính là sự góp mặt của hội đầu bếp chuyên nghiệp Sài Gòn. Từ ngày 15-16/11/2019 vào lúc 18:00 đến 20:00, các đầu bếp chuyên nghiệp có tiếng trong và ngoài nước trực tiếp chế tác những món ăn mới lạ, độc đáo và không kém phần hấp dẫn. Và không chỉ được chiêm ngưỡng những đôi tay tài ba trình diễn nghệ thuật ẩm thực, bạn còn được nếm thử miễn phí mỗi ngày.

Đặc sắc hơn nữa, lần đầu tiên các thực khách được chiêm ngưỡng những kỹ thuật điêu luyện cùng sự sáng tạo không có giới hạn tại liên hoan bếp trưởng 5 Sao. Các bếp trưởng đến từ những khách sạn cao cấp nhất của thành phố sẽ phô diễn khả năng chế biến món ăn trên sân khấu vào lúc 11h đến 16h ngày 17/11.

Đồng thời, trong 4 ngày diễn ra, thực khách tha hồ khám phá các món ăn đặc trưng của vùng miền, như miền Tây Nam Bộ, miền Trung… Ngoài các món ăn đã quá nổi tiếng như bánh bèo, bánh cuốn, bún… tại đây, các bạn trẻ còn có cơ hội khám phá những món ngon lạ nhưng hấp dẫn như sườn nướng cơm lam, lẩu, nướng các loại…

Còn nếu yêu thích việc lê la hè phố, nhâm nhi những món dân dã, giới trẻ có ngay một khu ẩm thực đường phố chuẩn chất để thưởng thức. Tại đây, nhiều món ăn đường phố của Việt Nam sẽ được bày bán trong một “khu phố” thiết kế ấn tượng nhưng không kém phần gần gũi.

Ngoài việc được thưởng thức nhiều món ngon cùng một lúc, đến đây, bạn trẻ còn có cơ hội khám phá văn hoá ẩm thực từng vùng miền để làm giàu thêm kiến thức và trải nghiệm của mình.

Thưởng thức mỹ vị của cả thế giới mà không cần xuất ngoại

Nếu đam mê các món ăn xứ người mà chưa có điều kiện xuất ngoại để thưởng thức cho thoả thích, thì liên hoan ẩm thực món ngon các nước lần thứ 14 là nơi phải đến trong tháng 11 này. Tại đây, 50 gian hàng ẩm thực đến từ khắp thế giới, từ châu Á, châu Âu đến châu Mỹ.

Ngoài việc giới thiệu văn hoá ẩm thực của Việt Nam cũng như nhiều vùng đất trên thế giới, Liên hoan ẩm thực Món ngon các nước lần thứ 14 cũng là nơi bạn có thể tự mình khám phá, tìm hiểu về nghề ủ bia thủ công của các nước.

Tại đây, bạn không chỉ được thưởng thức những loại bia trứ danh của Việt Nam và các nước mà còn có cơ hội tìm hiểu về qui trình sản xuất bia khác nhau của Việt Nam cũng như từ những cái nôi các dòng bia vàng, bia đen, bia đỏ lừng danh thế giới như Bỉ, Đức, Cộng hòa Séc…

Trong đó, một nơi bạn không nên bỏ lỡ đó là khu vực của Bia Sài Gòn – “Bia của Ẩm thực Việt Nam tại Liên hoan ẩm thực món ngon các nước” thuộc Tổng Công ty Cổ phần Bia – Rượu – Nước Giải Khát Sài Gòn (SABECO).

Chiêm ngưỡng những màn trình diễn nghệ thuật đỉnh cao

Ngoài được nếm món ngon, thưởng bia hảo hạng, đến Liên hoan Ẩm thực lần này, bạn trẻ còn có rất nhiều cơ hội để chiêm ngưỡng trình diễn nghệ thuật, ẩm thực đỉnh cao. Tiêu biểu là phần trình diễn nghệ thuật ngày khai mạc (18:00 ngày 14/11) và bế mạc (18:00 ngày 17/11). Tại đây, bên cạnh các tiết mục giải trí sôi động, bạn còn được chiêm ngưỡng những phần trình diễn văn hoá, ẩm thực đặc sắc của Việt Nam cũng như đến từ các nghệ sĩ quốc tế.
