Tại quán này, bia thủ công làm từ trái cây, với độ cồn trung bình, được nhập khẩu chủ yếu từ Mỹ, là loại được khách ưa chuộng nhất.

Quán hiện có khoảng 12 loại bia thủ công khác nhau, được nhập về hàng tuần do thời gian bảo quản của loại bia này rất ngắn. Theo anh Cường, đây là loại bia còn khá mới với người Việt, đang là trào lưu tại TP HCM. Đa phần khách hàng sau khi thử trải nghiệm bia thủ công thì khó quay lại với vị bia công nghiệp.

Lê Duy (27 tuổi) đến trải nghiệm cùng bạn bè của mình. Anh cho rằng hệ thống “máy ATM” bán bia giúp mình dễ dàng kiểm soát được lượng bia và số tiền mình đã uống.

Nói thêm về điểm thủ vị của quán, Duy cho rằng: “Ở những quán khác, anh em hay ngồi uống với nhau về lượng, càng uống càng say thêm. Riêng tại đây, máy có nhiều vị bia, nên mình đến chỉ muốn uống nhiều vị, để thưởng thức với lượng ít, chứ không phải uống để say.

Kinh doanh tạo trào lưu thường dễ đuối sức, anh Cường cũng nhận rõ điều này. Nhưng anh tự tin: “Thật ra mô hình ‘máy ATM’ bán bia chỉ là yếu tố gây hiếu kì ban đầu. Mình nghĩ với trải nghiệm lạ, mới và văn minh như thế này sẽ giữ chân được khách hàng”.

Anh Cường cũng lạc quan không lo bị “bắt chước”. Theo anh, nếu mô hình này được nhiều quán khác chú ý, khách hàng sẽ biết đến nhiều hơn, thị phần sẽ mở rộng hơn.

Hiện tại, anh cũng đang có kế hoạch mở rộng hệ thống dưới hình thức nhượng quyền.
