Kriek Lambic (Bia cherry Bỉ nhẹ độ –  Kriek theo tiếng pháp nghĩa là quả cherry hay anh đào) – Một loại bia trái cây có nguồn gốc từ Bỉ, được chế biến bằng cách lên men từ nền bia mẹ lambic với quả cherry Morello chua.

Ban đầu, chỉ có một loại cherry có tên gọi là Schaerbeek – được biết đến là một dòng cherry xếp vào hạng hiếm thuộc họ anh đào Morello là được sử dụng, giống cherry này chỉ có thể tìm thấy ngay tại thủ đô Brussels của Bỉ hoặc các vùng lân cận. Nhưng về sau, khi giống cherry này ngày càng trở nên khan hiếm hơn, nhiều nhà máy Craft beer đã sử dụng các giống cherry khác để thay thế (có thể là thay thế một phần hoặc toàn bộ), đôi khi còn là những giống cherry được nhập khẩu từ nước ngoài.

Ban đầu bia cherry chỉ xuất hiện duy nhất tại thủ đô Brussels của Bỉ, với vị vô cùng chua và khô.

Vị chua mạnh mẽ thuở khai sơ ban đầu của dòng bia này khiến cho chúng chỉ chiếm được tình cảm của một bộ phận nhỏ của giới mộ bia trên toàn thế giới.
