Đại tiệc bia thủ công Beer United được coi là lễ hội bia thủ công lớn nhất tại Đà Nẵng – cơ hội để mọi người cùng thưởng thức ẩm thực, giao lưu văn hóa và nâng cao nhận thức chung về các vấn đề tại địa phương.

Ngày 24/8 tới đây, đại tiệc bia thủ công Beer United sẽ được tổ chức lần thứ 3 tại không gian nhà hàng cà phê Verona (Lô 36 Hoàng Kế Viêm, phường Bắc Mỹ Phú, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng). Đây được coi là lễ hội bia thủ công lớn nhất tại Đà Nẵng, cơ hội để mọi người cùng thưởng thức ẩm thực, giao lưu văn hóa và nâng cao nhận thức chung về các vấn đề tại địa phương.

Sự kiện sẽ quy tụ 17 thương hiệu làm bia nổi tiếng trong cả nước. Ý tưởng về sự kiện bắt nguồn từ việc thực hiện sứ mệnh của công ty bia 7 Bridges: Tạo ra mạng lưới những người cùng chung chí hướng, mong muốn đóng góp bền vững cho cộng đồng và môi trường.  Đồng thời, khi tham dự sự kiện, mọi người cũng sẽ có cơ hội trải nghiệm những điều mới mẻ và đa chiều hơn về bia thủ công.  Ông Stanley Boots, CEO công ty 7 Bridges nhận định: “Đà Nẵng đang ngày càng phát triển và là điểm đến du lịch nổi tiếng với hơn 5 triệu khách mỗi năm. Đây là thành phố xinh đẹp và được nhiều người nước ngoài chọn là nơi định cư. Tuy nhiên, nơi này vẫn còn rất nhiều người có hoàn cảnh khó khăn và thành phố cũng đang đối mặt với tình trạng rác thải nhựa ngày một gia tăng. Là một doanh nghiệp hoạt động tại Đà Nẵng, chúng tôi có sứ mệnh quan tâm tới những người nghèo, rác thải nhựa và bảo vệ động vật hoang dã. Chúng tôi tin rằng bia sẽ mang mọi người xích lại gần nhau. Đại tiệc bia thủ công thật sự là một ý tưởng tuyệt vời để kết nối mọi người, cùng nhau mang lại những điều tốt đẹp cho cộng đồng.”

 Đây là một chương trình từ thiện kết hợp với lễ hội bia (theo phiên bản Oktoberfest nổi tiếng của thế giới), tất cả lợi nhuận thu được từ việc bán vé sẽ dùng để quyên góp cho 3 tổ chức từ thiện, bao gồm: Giving It Back to Kids* (Tổ chức Trả lại tuổi thơ), Hội nạn nhân chất độc da cam Đà Nẵng, Vietnam Zero Waste Alliance (Liên minh không rác Việt Nam).  Công ty bia 7 Bridges đã hỗ trợ Hội Nạn nhân chất độc da cam làm ra những phụ kiện với nguyên liệu được mua tại Nhật Bản. Những sản phẩm thủ công này sẽ được bán tại sự kiện lễ hội bia thủ công sắp tới.

Đối với Liên minh không rác Việt Nam và Let’s do it Vietnam, 7 Bridges trưng bày và bán các sản phẩm tái sử dụng và thân thiện với môi trường, nhằm nâng cao nhận thức cộng đồng về vấn đề rác thải nhựa.  Đặc biệt, tại sự kiện, 3 tổ chức này đều có các gian hàng giới thiệu hoạt động giúp những người tham gia có thể trực tiếp gặp gỡ và trao đổi nhằm nâng cao kiến thức và nhận thức chung.

Khác với bia thông thường, khi làm bia thủ công, người ủ bia có thể sáng tạo về công thức, nguyên liệu tạo ra những hương vị riêng tùy theo cảm hứng, trí tưởng tượng và kỹ thuật của họ.  Hương vị bia sau khi làm ra mang đặc trưng của từng vùng miền, với khẩu vị riêng. Chưa kể, khi thưởng thức, bia được phục vụ trong những chiếc ly thay vì uống trực tiếp với phong thái chậm rãi để cảm nhận hương vị bằng nhiều giác quan.  Đại tiệc bia thủ công lần đầu tiên được tổ chức vào tháng 07 năm 2018 với sự tham gia của công ty 7 Bridges và một số thương hiệu bia thủ công khác.
