Mùa hè những thứ đồ uống mát lạnh như bia hay nước ngọt, thậm chí là rượu vodka là những thức uống mà các quý ông rất ưa chuộng, những loại đồ uống này đem lại cảm giác ngon miệng hơn với những món ăn trong trong những buổi liên hoan, gặp mặt bạn bè.

Nhưng có đôi khi cuộc vui đang đến giai đoạn cao trào thì chúng ta lại hết bia lạnh để uống, nếu cho vào ngăn đá tủ lạnh lại phải chờ rất lâu. Còn nếu cho đá vào uống cùng, đá tan ra làm mất hết hương vị tự nhiên của bia. Trong trường hợp này bạn sẽ làm gì?

Thực ra để giải quyết vấn đề này thì cũng có một số cách vô cùng đơn giản và nhanh gọn giúp bạn sẽ có bia lạnh uống ngay.

1. Làm lạnh bia bằng phương pháp muối + nước + đá

Với cách làm này, bạn chỉ cần 2 phút là có ngay bia lạnh để thưởng thức cùng gia đình và bạn bè rồi. Tất cả những gì chúng ta cần để giúp bia lạnh nhanh đó là một bát nước lớn, một vài thìa muối và để làm lạnh bia thì không thể thiếu những viên đá lạnh. Bạn sẽ đặt ra câu hỏi đó là tại sao lại là muối mà không phải các loại gia vị khác như đường, bột ngọt… Vì muối làm hạ thấp điểm đóng băng của nước (điểm đóng băng của nước là 0 độ C nhé).

Cách làm thì đơn giản vô cùng, bạn chỉ cần lấy một bát nước lạnh, cho thêm một chút đá và muối vào bát và cho bia vào ngâm trong vào 2 phút lấy ra và thưởng thức. Với cách làm này bia sẽ từ nhiệt độ thường 24 độ C, 75 độ F thì sau khi ngâm vào nước đá pha muối này sau 2 phút thì bia sẽ giảm xuống 5 độ C, 41 độ F. Chỉ với cách đơn giản và nhanh gọn này bạn đã có bia lạnh để thưởng thức ngay phải không nào.

Ngoài cách trên thì chúng ta còn có thể áp dụng một cách khác, tuy nhiên với cách này bạn sẽ tốn thời gian hơn một chút so với cách trên nhưng nó vẫn còn nhanh hơn rất nhiều so với việc bạn phải mất hàng tiếng đồng hồ chờ đợi bia, nước ngọt trong tủ lạnh đó.

2. Bọc chai bia bằng khăn giấy ướt rồi cho vào ngăn đá

Trên thực tế nhiều người có thói quen cho bia vào ngay trong ngăn đá tủ lạnh để nhanh có bia lạnh để uống. Nhưng cách làm này thực ra chưa đủ điều kiện để cho bia lạnh nhanh hơn. Bạn muốn có đồ uống lạnh và ngon, hãy áp dụng thử cách này ngay nhé, chỉ mất khoảng 15 phút là bạn đã có một chai bia tuyệt hảo rồi.

Nếu việc cho chai bia vào trong ngăn đá để cho bia được lạnh là điều cần thiết, thì lấy một tờ khăn ướt để quấn quanh chai bia là điều kiện đủ để giúp bia nhanh được lạnh hơn. Bạn chỉ cần dùng 1 hoặc 2 chiếc khăn giấy ướt và quấn nó xung quanh chai bia của bạn trước khi bỏ nó vào trong ngăn đá. Lưu ý giấy khi quấn vào bia phải là giấy được ngâm nước nhưng không được nhỏ giọt. Khi bạn đặt một chiếc khăn giấy ướt ở trong một môi trường lạnh khô như tủ lạnh, nước sẽ bay hơi nhanh chóng. Bởi vì khăn giấy ướt quấn quanh bia, diện tích bề mặt của khăn giấy sẽ làm mát bia nhanh hơn so với không khí xung quanh. Bia của bạn nên được lạnh trong 15 phút, thật tuyệt vời.

Bạn chỉ cần chắc chắn không quên về chai bia của bạn – nó sẽ phát nổ nếu nó bị đóng băng.
