Carlsberg ra mắt nắp chai với công nghệ giúp lưu giữ hương vị bia thêm tươi mới

Vừa qua, tại Hà Nội, Carlsberg chính thức giới thiệu nắp chai ZerO2 tại Việt Nam, minh chứng cho những nỗ lực bền bỉ để hoàn thiện nghệ thuật làm bia của thương hiệu. Công nghệ mới này giúp giảm lượng oxy trong chai, từ đó mang đến cho người dùng những thức bia tươi, ngon hơn.

Nắp chai ZerO2 – chiếc nắp có những tác dụng lớn

Độ tươi của bia là một trong những yếu tố xác định chất lượng của bia. Vì thế, Carlsberg luôn không ngừng tìm kiếm những phương pháp giúp các sản phẩm bia đóng chai có thể lưu giữ được sự tươi ngon lâu nhất có thể. Tuy nhiên, để đảm bảo một sản phẩm có chất lượng tuyệt hảo khi đến tay người dùng, việc kiểm soát lưu lượng oxy trong chai càng trở nên quan trọng. Khi tiếp xúc với oxy, bia sẽ bị oxy hoá, khiến hương vị trở nên loãng, không được tươi ngon như mong đợi. Để khắc phục điều này, Carlsberg đã phát minh ra một sáng kiến mới: Nắp chai ZerO2.

Nắp chai ZerO2 được thiết kế với lớp lót mang công nghệ scavenger hấp thụ oxy, giúp loại bỏ khí oxy tích trữ ở khoảng không giữa nắp chai và bia. Qua đó, quá trình oxy hoá được giảm thiểu, giúp lưu giữ hương vị bia tươi lâu hơn, hiệu quả đến 15% so với những nắp chai truyền thống. Tại Việt Nam, chiếc nắp này được đặt vào Carlsberg Premium Smooth Draught – một trong những sản phẩm nổi bật của thương hiệu Carlsberg.
