Bằng những hành động tinh vi, các đối tượng đã sử dụng các vỏ chai bia có thương hiệu, pha chế bia giả không đảm bảo chất lượng đánh lừa người tiêu dùng. Theo các chuyên gia, chỉ cần để ý kỹ là có thể phân biệt bia giả, thật.

PGS.TS Nguyễn Duy Thịnh, Viện Công nghệ Sinh học – Công nghệ Thực phẩm cho hay, nói bia thật hay bia giả là không thực sự chính xác, vì bia sử dụng nhãn mác giả vẫn là bia chứ không phải là thứ gì khác, nên gọi đó là bia kém chất lượng thì đúng hơn. Quy trình sản xuất bia đúng quy cách phải tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các khâu vệ sinh và chất lượng. Ngay cả công tác thu gom chai bia cũng được họ làm rất kỹ. Thông thường, chai bia thu về được sử dụng 4 lần. Họ có cả quy trình rửa chai, hút chân không để rót bia vào chai rồi lại hút chân không thêm một lần nữa để đảm bảo trong môi trường chai bia không còn oxy. Ngược lại những đối tượng sản xuất bia giả thường làm thủ công, thành phần pha chế là những nguyên liệu rẻ tiền, nên nếu uống các loại đồ uống này thì chắc chắn là sẽ rước họa vào người.

“Nguy hiểm nhất là các đối tượng sử dụng cồn kém chất lượng pha chế với chất tạo bọt giả và màu, hương liệu để tạo ra bia. Uống những đồ này không khác gì thuốc độc, chỉ có điều không làm chết người ngay mà đó sẽ là cái chết từ từ. Các loại bia cỏ, bia vỉa hè không rõ nguồn gốc, các loại bia chai có những dấu hiệu bị làm giả, bia có cặn… là những loại đồ uống phải tránh xa càng sớm càng tốt”, PGS.TS Nguyễn Duy Thịnh cho biết.

Theo các chuyên gia, tác hại của bia kém chất lượng giống như rượu kém chất lượng, methanol sẽ tàn phá cơ thể, phá hủy hệ thống tiêu hóa, thần kinh. Bởi methanol là chất độc có độc tính thấp, nhưng đưa vào cơ thể người sẽ chuyển hóa thành formaldehyde nhờ lên men alchoholdehydrogenase và sau đó thành formic axit cũng nhờ lên men. Những chất này gây độc cho gan, thận gây bệnh suy thận cấp, xơ gan, viêm gan, nhiễm độc gan và gây toan hóa máu nặng nề.

Không chỉ gây ngộ độc cấp tính, uống rượu, bia kém chất lượng còn gây ngộ độc trường diễn. Đây cũng là tác nhân của nhiều loại bệnh khác mà chỉ đến khi phát bệnh phải vào viện điều trị, nhiều người mới tá hỏa không rõ nguyên nhân vì sao mình mắc bệnh.

Dưới đây là một số mẹo giúp người tiêu dùng nhận diện bia giả

Dựa vào màu sắc:

Bia tươi, bia đạt chất lượng có màu vàng óng, vàng rơm, màu tươi sang. Ngược lại, bia kém chất lượng có màu ngả sang hơi đỏ, đục.

Dựa vào độ trong:

Một chai bia chất lượng nhìn bằng mắt thường không bao giờ có cặn, nếu bia có cặn thì đó là bia giả, công nghệ lên men và sản xuất chưa tốt.

Dựa vào bọt bia:

Không phải cứ bia nhiều bọt thì là bia ngon. Bia nhiều bọt nhưng chóng tan thì cũng chứng tỏ bia kém chất lượng. Nếu căn cứ vào bọt bia thì phải có tiêu chí sau:

Bia ngon: Khi rót bia lập tức có bọt lăn tăn chạy lên từ đáy cốc. Bọt đó tan rất chậm, có thể nổi trên mặt từ 4 – 5 phút. Bọt phải nhỏ, mịn, nổi từ dưới đáy cốc lên.

Nếu là bia tốt thì uống bia trong cốc rồi nhưng thành cốc vẫn còn thấy bọt bám vào.

Bia kém chất lượng: Bọt bia to, chóng tan, không bám vào thành cốc do lượng CO2 không đạt, lên men ngắn.

Riêng với bia tươi

Bia tươi nếu rót vào cốc bẩn, có váng mỡ thì khi rót sẽ hoàn toàn không có bọt.

Dựa vào vị giác

Bia thật thơm, hơi có vị đắng 1 chút. Bia giả không thơm và vị đắng nhiều.

Kiểm tra nhãn

Đây là yếu tố quan trọng mà NTD nên quan tâm. Hầu hết các chai bia giả đều sử dụng lại vỏ của chai bia thật. Trong quá trình tẩy rửa, đóng chai, nhãn thật bì trầy xước hoặc bị bong ra chút ít. Vì vậy, người mua nên thận trọng với những lời giải thích “hàng bị xước trong quá trình vận chuyển”. Sự khác biệt lớn là nhãn giả không thể bắt chước được các kỹ thuật in đặc biệt của các hãng chính gốc.

Kiểm tra nắp/ nút

Thông thường, các đối tượng làm hàng giả thường sử dụng lại nắp thật, hoặc nắp giả tuyệt đối. Nếu quan sát kỹ, các nắp thật được sử dụng lại có thể còn lưu các vết xước nhỏ trong quá trình nậy nắp, còn màu sắc của nắp giả trông dại, đường rãnh của nắp giả trông không tinh tế và đều đặn như của nắp thật…Tinh vi hơn, lỗi trên nắp/nút chai còn được che đậy bởi tem nhập khẩu hoặc tem chống giả.
